Cancellation Policy of African Shark Eco-Charters

Should the trip be cancelled by African Shark Eco-Charters, no fee will be charged.

Cancellation of Individuals & Groups less than 4
•    15 days prior to start date- 0% cancellation penalty
•    Less than 7 days -50% cancellation fee
•    48 hours before the start date – 100% cancellation fee

Exclusive Hire & Groups 5 or more

•    45 days prior to start date- 0% cancellation penalty
•    16-30 days prior to start date 50% cancellation fee
•    15 days before start date – 100% cancellation fee

A signed booking form must accompany all bookings and the disclaimer must be signed.

IMPORTANT- Please Note: We have a very high success rate, but we are working with wild animals. Please be aware of this, so you do not arrive with unrealistic expectations. Shark sightings and activity are never guaranteed and even during peak season there may be days when the sightings are lower than expected.  No refunds will be made for non-sightings. We will however offer you a voucher  for another trip. No refunds will be made if sharks are sighted, but not seen from the cage.
